# Automated SMS Notifications

  
# Few Things you need to know before starting sending SMS  
  
* The sender's name can have a maximum of 11 characters - only English letters or numbers.  
* You'll be billed for each set of 70 characters, even if it appears as one SMS to your customers.  
* Customers can't reply to the messages.  
* Use dynamic variables to add the delivery client's name, address, and more to the message.
